A San Francisco native and descendant of the John Breuner family, Trinkie’s roots extend back four generations. After establishing her real estate career at Lake Tahoe, she became the original Broker for Stillwater Cove in Crystal Bay, Nevada, in 1980, setting a standard for luxury representation in the area. Her proven expertise and innovative marketing have led to the sale of over 100 lakefront properties, along with numerous Sierra Valley ranches, mountain cabins, and legacy luxury estates.

Beyond her professional success, Trinkie is deeply invested in the Tahoe community, having served in leadership roles and supported numerous local organizations as both an elected member and a dedicated donor. She is committed to the well-being of residents and the long-term sustainability of the region she calls home.
